Current mission

Switzerland, Latin America - Since 01/04/2025

The Prix de Lausanne is a world-renowned international ballet competition that discovers, supports, and promotes talented young dancers aged 15 to 18.
Through its Latin American Preselection, the Prix extends its mission to a region rich in talent but often lacking resources—helping young dancers reach the competition, access world-class training scholarships, and launch their professional careers.
The Choreographic Project gathers 25 students from the Prix’s partner schools to create an original contemporary piece, led by a renowned choreographer. Premiered during the Prix de Lausanne, the program offers young dancers a formative experience in artistic creation and stage performance.
Both programs reflect the Prix’s commitment to nurturing excellence, expanding access, and fostering innovation in the world of dance.
